Hi - last night when my weekly full scan ran, the scan got through about 154,000 files and then said that it could not longer continue because there was a problem connecting the Internet. I did a Live Update and then tried a full scan again - same message. When I clicked on the “OK” button on the pop-up window of the error message, I could never connect to the Symantec site. I tried a full scan again today and the same situation occurred. Any solutions? Thanks.
