Right, ive seen others with this problem in the forums but there never seems to be a solution and im get tired of it. Been a customer for almost ten years now but doublt I will pay for a renewal once this runs out.
Ive tried doing a fresh install of NIS2012 and it works perfect with Outlook 2010.
Its when I start to apply all the updates that it craps out ie. the problem comes back.
Upon starting Outlook a spalsh screen is displayed, usaully for a second or two while loading the plugins and the Outlook is up and running.
However, with this problem it stops when it reaches the Norton Antispam plugin and sits there for 30-40 seconds until it finally diecided to continue loading Outlook. Please note that it works fine with an intial install of NIS2012 but the problems comes alive again as soon as you start to apply all updates thas been released since I downloaded my NIS2012 installation files.
Ive also tried upgrading to NIS2013 but the issue persists. Would be nice if we could get a different approach on this matter other than "we can't see this problem in our system". Can we please try and solve this together?
Ive attached a picture of the spalsh screen where it halts. (swedish outlook localization)
If I want to send a mail from windows perhaps by clicking a mailto-link the loading also halts but this time without showing the splash screen.
