Ive just run a full scan with Intelligent Skip Scanning OFF as iam testing scan times to help with another problem on NIS with my dads laptop
after waiting 2 hours for it its got right to the end scanning the last drive which had 9,000 files in it and its hung on an adblockplus .ini file? - also the norton service is constanly using 50% CPU and 268Mb memory
I cant quit or stop it - its just HUNG!
can anyone tell me why it has done this? is there another bug?
EDIT: no i havent PAUSED it - thats what it says when ive click stop scan then YES after its hung for 20 minutes
