NIS License and Migrating from XP to WIN 7

When Win 7 is released I plan to migrate from XP to Win 7 Home Premium.  I have been researching the hardware and software that I run and I have no significant compatibility issues.   I am currently running NIS on my XP computer and will be doing a clean install for WIN 7 on the same computer.  I will be installing on my second drive preserving the XP installation and files until I am satisfied that Win 7 is operating properly.  The XP drive will be disconnected during the install to avoid any problems.

My question is: I have already  NIS 2009/2010 activated with the same key on three XP computers here at home.  I will be doing a clean install of Win 7 on one of the three machines that already has NIS installed.  My concern is that since I  have already activated the key on three computers will I run into a problem when I install Win 7 on one of the previously activated ones?

Is there anything that I need to do to prepare for this to avoid any problems with NIS 2010 at installation time?

I am sure there will be a considerable number of XP users that will be migrating to Win 7 in the coming months.
