NIS/NAV/N360 22.5.0.124 - WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED????? Part Two

Right, so two weeks ago I downloaded your latest update for NIS and it totally bricked my Acer E3-112-C7LY Windows 8.1 laptop sending it into an endless reboot cycle. The only way I could rescue it at all was by restoring a system image. Which, thankfully, worked.

Tonight I foolishly decided to try again. This time once the update had installed it wouldn't finish booting. I had several goes at this and it never finished booting. So, once again, I had to dig out the external hard disk and reimage the laptop back to life. I'm quite adept at that now.

So what the hell is wrong with these updates? This isn't funny, it's shockingly bad.

Tell me what you need to know about the laptop and I'll send it to you but next time I try this if it doesn't work Norton is coming off all 4 machines. This is beyond ridiculous. At this rate it's no Windows10 for me next week. Certainly not with Norton.

Automatic download of new version is now back to OFF and I'm safely back at 21.7.0.11 for now.
