I have NIS 21.1.0.18 on Win 8.1 and I currently cannot start any scans or edit any settings. I have followed the the 'Solution' from the following topic (links here) which involves upgrading, but I am unable to as there is "no product available". Is there any other way to get it or am I out of luck.
Side note: It's nice to see you can crash norton by checking the subscription status after startup or restart.
