NIS Personally Intrusive and Support Useless

Norton Product is good but the people behind it are questionnable. I cannot get any reliable technical help. Norton's desktop pop-ups don't need to be quite so large. (I can read a small taskbar pop-up)

 

Why is Norton so interested in me? Do they follow all of their customers on Twitter?

Why are Norton's telephone support personnel unable to provide solutions? Are they too busy with other things? How will I know when Norton plans to pop-up in my home?

 

Looks like I need new security to protect me from Norton.

Hey, some of us are older people who don't have the eyesight we did way back when. Norton, don't make anything smaller or I'll have to use a security suite for old folks! :smileylol:

What pop ups are you referring to?

 

 

 

My issue is not the font size but the fact there never seems to be anyone available to chat and help.  At the moment I am trying to resolve a problem by a one e-mail per day communication.  Which to be frank sucks.  The heat death of the universe seems to be arriving quicker than a solution.

Is there something we can help you with? There are many people here with much knowledge and experience with the Norton Products. Chances are someone may have already seen and fixed what you are having issue with.
