NIS preventing upload of images to web site

I wonder if anyone could help me with this problem.

In Safari on OS X 10.8.5, I cannot upload images to my own custom-built web site.

If I go into preferences and disable NortonInternetSecurityBF Plugin, images upload just fine.

I cannot find any logs which indicate that NIS is blocking anything, or any other information which could help me debug this problem and fix my web site.

Hi Ashok,

Thank you for following up on this.

NIS is from Norton 360 multi device and is auto-updating.

Safari is 6.1.1 on OS X 10.8.5.

The image being uploaded is a JPG.

The site is built with Python/Django. The uploads are handled by this library:

https://github.com/zmathew/django-ajax-upload-widget

and
https://github.com/cmlenz/jquery-iframe-transport/

The data is making it to the server OK, but the message back to the site seems to be blocked or broken.

Thanks again,

Daryl.

Thanks Daryl,

We are looking into it.

Hopefully this would help us in narrowing where the issue is. Thanks again!
