Sorry. It is SP2.

Thanks for reply but it is not the problem about accessing the internet. I can access the internet throught wired connection but I cannot enable wireless connection since it results in system down and blue screen with some error message.

One of the Web Links should have a title of something like: Cannot connect/access Internet something something; have you tired that with regard to your wire-less Connection?

Type something like: "Cannot enable wireless connection with Norton Internet Security 2008 installed" in the Search box on the top-right-hand corner of this Web Page.

Is it a home (local) wireless network or a Wireless ISP connection?

Can you find the connection in your firewall section?

Maybe it's a VPN?

I can find the connection in my firewall section. Wireless works well when I used NIS2007. But after I replaced it with NIS2008, the problem pops up.

So do you find it in 2007 or 2008?

Are you able to change the settings?

Are you submitting the blue screen crashes to Microsoft when prompted latter? Do you have the exact text that you see when the blue screen occurs?
