I downloaded an upgrade for Norton Internet Security last Dec.,19th. After that my laptop wont shut down properly and cant install updates. Mcrosoft Office 365 Personal wont install either. The only solution for me was to do complete uninstall in Safe Mode. Is there a patch for this?
Two instances of NIS 21.1 appears on Taskbar notification area.
