Hello everyone,
I am stuck playing the game of figure out what my spouse did. The system is running Windows 7 64-bit. NIS 2015 has been installed on the system for that last 48 hours. Prior to this installation the program Quicken (online banking/accounting software) was working without an issue. The program connects to banks online to update user accounts registered in the program. Because of the failure of the program to function as normal NIS was uninstalled and reinstalled as a primary troubleshooting tactic. NIS 2015 may be user friendly but for this it's awkward. I could not find useful information for guidelines in setting up an exception for anything Quicken is getting stuck on through search engines and Norton Help.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
