NIS registered version asking to be reactivated.

Gentlemen,

 

This is the second time that a registered copy of NIS started asking for reactivation and continues to do so every time I boot the machine and some instances several times throughout the day.  The last time this happened I thought it was a fluke and reinstalled NIS, however now it seems to be a bug with the program as it is happening a second time on my Windows 7 (64 bit) install.  I have 3 of 3 authorized installs running on machines here at home. 

 

Is there a fix for this issue?
