Some weeks back I used remove and reinstall tool. Since then I have been get the popup that I must register. When I try register get the message “Unable to proceed with Norton Account etc.”
I have tried re-entering the product. This is accepted. My subscription still has 122 days left and I can access my account if I log through the internet by typing the address. I have tried this fix http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Security-Norton/NIS-registered-version-asking-to-be-reactivated/m-p/218513#M107395 but this did not help
