I have a Toshiba laptop with Norton preinstalled. I installed an alternative antivirus briefly, which has been downloaded. Now I have reinstalled Norton IS 2011 and renewed, but it will not accept the renewal code. Seems it is looking for 25 or so character code and they only gave me 19.
