For the past 3 days I've been trying to renew my NIS subscription using express renewal.
I can get to the shopping basket stage, but the page just freezes, half the page being greyed out. If I hit refresh the grey goes, but if I click on continue the page just jumps slightly...........and it freezes again.
There seems to be a problem connecting to the server.
I have tried using the chat service. I was waiting for a reply for over 4 hours yesterday, 2 hours the day before. I just kept getting the 'waiting for an analyst' high traffic message over and over again.
I have less than 48 hours of my current subscription left.
HELP!
