NIS Resources - Norton 2009 Product Update Failure - Issue 8920,219

I m facing a bad problem for longtime & recently it has re-emerged on 01-04-2009 - norton NIS 2009 live update failure issue 8920, 219 & reported this several times to the help desk, neither they have comeup with the resolution nor tried contacting me, the frustrating part is several helpdesk guys fail to recognize it as a issue, everytime after several hours of queue & facing tedious repeted/irrelevant  questions, logging same complaint again, the helpdesk analyst has needlessly wasted time by installing, uninstalling the software, same repeted questions, false assurances of research team will get back soon, but with absolutely no outcome.

I m not able to find a means to escalate it to someone senior, as my PC is daily exposed to unknown threat due to this failure.

I hope symantec support will read our customer feedback & will pay attention to our complaints & improve customer service.
