NIS says 'Signed In' but clicking on Account puts me in Norton Login window

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit at SP1.  There are two user accounts on the computer, one for me and one for my wife.  The NIS problem is only affecting my wife's user account.  I'm running NIS 21.2.0.38.

 

On my wife's user account, when I open NIS from the tray, it shows that it is 'Signed in as: <correct e-mail account>'.  If I then click on the 'Account' menu item,  it opens the Norton Account login window at the following Url:

 

        https://login.norton.com/sso/embedded/login?.....

 

On this window, I'm able to login to my Norton account, but the next time I access my wife's user account,  I have to repeat the process??

 

We are trying to get organized with 'Norton Identity Safe', but I don't feel comfortable going forward until this problem is resolved.
