ok I noticed Norton is assuming that a need for speed underground 2 car mod as a virus and it is a safe file it does not infect anything the owner of the computer has to replace the original files to the mods it is supported by EA games and all the mods I have Norton says there viruses and trust me there not so how do I change this? and that problem is not related to the next problem beacuse i installed the mods just four days ago. the Next problem already called Norton help line for this problem but it still is a on going problem and I know as a computer tech this problem is very serious I have a lot invested in this computer and that why I choose NIS and it is my first choice I have a image of the glitch the guy on the phone more less gave me the you are safe speech and I don't call a computer that hibernates and shuts off and restarts on it own and know my power settings in windows and my bios are off so it starts by the Norton icon in windows tray gets all messed up looking now my idea is Norton has a little friend attached to Norton plus it only was a week after I installed it and AVG free did not have a problem so. oh the NIS box SKU is NIS 2010 en 1u 3pc bb sen mm. So I really need help before I will have to replace stuff, and I don't like the idea that a Norton help line worker would try to put a band-aid on a huge problem yea I mean the free 30 days he gave me for a problem that could cost me $3200 for the replacement computer so thanks in advance and I really hope I can get real help not "you are safe here's 30 free days I don't know what it is" your Symantec the security guru's enough said how can't you know a big problem if it is not a virus, worm, root-kit then it is a huge hiccup in the programming and needs to be addressed soon before I have to replace my computer from lack of security I feel like it is solvable this is why IM so angry but not towards Norton Persia but the help line worker that said your OK and now the sutal problems are getting worse and Norton catches nothing so im sure you can see were im coming from plus I have 2 more computers that could possibly get this problem so until I get it fixed so I can scan my portable HDD may have it I backed up everything to it just in case but I can't do that with hardware without cash so IM pleading with Symantec the picture of the icon issue is above Norton NIS has been my anti (everything LOL) from 03 to now so please don't fail me now love the service you provide just a bump in the long road of use for myself so thank you very much in advance!!!! and i will wait for a answer thanks zeek1379
