I am presently using Norton 360 Multi-Device and have a few days subscription remaining and want to install Norton Internet Security with Backup. How can I get into my Norton account, uninstall Norton 360 Premiere and install NIS w/BU? Apparently when I originally installed the N360 Premiere, I wasn't properly logged into my account and it shows as "At Risk" while in my account. Norton chat personnel assure me that I am protected and that it was a procedural problem at install. My Norton icon shows that my computer is protected.
Side Note: I don't know what kind of glue Norton used on the setup card, but they need to revisit it. Try as I might, I couldn't get the glue off and finally taped over it. (That was after almost destroying the card trying)
