The desktop shortcut for NIS is no longer working. Worse, the link "Open Norton Security" from the icon in the taskbar does not work either, although the specific tasks (update, scan, etc.) do work. Any ideas?
I noticed from checking the properties of the desktop shortcut that the "start in" location did not match the "target." I edited the "start in" to match the target, but that did not solve the problem. [WIN 8.1 Pro-64, NIS engine 22.5.5.15]
