NIS States It Quarantines Cookies When In Actuality It Does Not

When NIS run a Cookies scan and it finds certain Cookies in question it gives on the option of Quarantining the offending Cookies.  If on elects to Quarantine the Cookies when one look in the Quarantine folder there are no Cookies present.  If NIS states that it it is going to Quarantine the Cookies then do so or remove the statement that Cookies can be Quarantined.  Also, I find that NIS finds many Cookies as bad when in actuality they are not.  Examples are:  Yahoo Finance,  American Airlines and many other which are legit but one is not given the option of keeping some Cookies and deleting others.  Why???  This used to be an option in prior releases of Norton Security products - please consider giving the user the option of which Cookies to keep and which to delete, and which to ignore in future scans.
