NIS Subscription Due

How much longer are Norton expecting me to wait before delivering what I paid for.? In 4 weeks my subscription expires, I deliberated long and hard when the Firefox / Identity safe raised its head just before my subscription was due but was persuaded by the positive comments put out by Norton and so renewed, since then there's been nothing but lame excuses for none delivery of a fully functional product.

In view of the long period of time Firefox users have been denied full working functionality of their chosen browser and NIS, Norton should I believe once they've finally resolved the problem; compensate all users who have been affected by this problem for more than a third of their subscription term be compensated with a sliding scale of extension periods based from their original subscription or renewal through to the date of the final delivery of a fully working product. I have no faith in their ability or desire to resolve this issue speedily as they just expect their customers to keep paying for a crippled product, customer care I wish!

I now have 4 weeks to either see someone address this issue with firm proposals or seek out a viable alternative.
