NIS Subscription Extends By Itself

Hi All,

 

I originally purchased NIS 2011 and then I upgraded it (I assume to 2012) when the option shows up.

 

I was about to extend the subscription since it is about to end but when I open NIS it shows that I have 379 days of subscription remaining. I did not purchase nor extend it, can any one help please?

Hi arnoldo76,

 

Did you renew 12 months ago?  If so,  you have been automatically renewed and this will show on your next bank statement.  Auto renew is selected by  default and you have to opt out if you do not want this to happen.

I just checked my CC and there is one norton charge today, I guess it is automatically done? the question is now how to stop it in case i do not want to extend it?
