NIS Subscription Renewal.

​I've renewed my NIS for another year. I, routinely delete my 'BILLING INFORMATION', year on year. Except this year, when I've encountered 'NORTON SITE ERROR' as below. I've done what it indicates, a good few times, to no avail. Anyone else had this problem ?
Maybe, because I've posted the problem here: someone at NORTON will fix it ? I can't keep accessing the page subsequently, and getting the same resultant 'ERROR'.

I WOULD E GRATEFUL, IF SOMEBODY AT NORTON WOULD FIX THEIR ERROR ?

I've steered clear of 'CHAT', because the 'error' is pointed directly at Norton. The 'error ID' should be flagging up somewhere on Symantec/Norton Systems.
