I have a 90 day trial subscription to the NIS version 20.2.1.22, which I now come to find out is not the most up to date version after doing a live update. Long story short, I am not eligible to receive NIS updates because of my current trial status.. I wish I would have known this information prior to me installing NIS 2013 and going to the trouble of setting it up.
After a month of guessing why I finally realized that I would only get some of the product features...not all of the NIS 2013 features. Being a long time Symatec customer, I notice the recent changes reflecting the current product offerings and I am a little upset their new approach and personally see that as being "shady". .
