I installed NIS to a PC running Windows XP Pro. The last step of installation where 'Explore Norton Internet Security' is the final option to click on , the PC will not open the NIS and it will block access to the Internet.
In the task manager, there are 2 processes of ccSvcHst running. The problem is the NIS doesnt open or appear on the screen.
I uninstalled it using NRT and do reinstall again but same problem occured. Anyone had similar problem before ? Really need help for it.
