"NIS Update "Failed to Complete

For the last 5 days or so when ever I run Live Update I get all the updates but one. The summary says it is the NIS Engine and the status is "Failed to Complete". My current version is 22.9.1.12. I am using Windows 10. When I click the "Support" link nothing happens and when I click most links in the Help Center screen nothing happens. When I click "New Version Check" I get a window that says Norton can't open my default browser (Firefox), even if the browser is already open.

I have a laptop set up nearly identically to this computer and it doesn't have these problems.
