This applies to Windows 8 x64 Professional with Office 2013 Home and Business locally installed on system.
NIS 2013 V20.3.0.36 provides the Norton anti spam ribbon on Outlook 2013. It also recognizes Outlook 2013 and Outlook Contact list in the Client Integration. However, in Settings>Network>Message Protection>Allowed List Configure, the Import does not import the Contact list. No errors occur. It just keeps coming up with a blank contact list.
The "Add" function does permit manually adding contacts.
This is confirmed on two entirely different computer systems with Windows 8 x64 Professional and Office 2013 Home and Professional installed locally.
