Scan options (all 3, quick scan, full scan, custom scan) scan window opens and looks like it is starting to scan, but the file countres do not increment. they remain at zero. If I go to stop the scan, I get the warning message asking to confirm if I want to stop the scan, when i click yes - nothing happens scan window remains, the active bar continues to rotate as if it's scanning, but no actual scans are occurring. not counter increasing, etc. i have to reboot to gtet out of this mode.
