Hello,

Latest version of NIS installed.

The problem is that I want to install Sype VoiP softeware but NIS stops me from installing it, is there any way that |I can get NIS to allow me to install Skype?

Hello,Thanks for your suggestions which I will check out.

Is your firewall in an Interactive Mode?  You may have blocked it by accident if you saw an alert pop up.

What you can do, is go into your firewall settings and see if you see SkypeSetup.exe listed and what the action is.  If it is Allow/Custom/Block/Auto

If not, then you should be able to install Skype just fine.

I left my default settings and was able to install Skype

or are you having other problems like signing in?
