For 3 days now the NIS 2011 will not update
I get a message saying my computer needs my attention urgently. I have tried to update manually
I verified I had plenty of disk space
closed all applications
nothing worked
I clicked on the Fix Now and it said it found no issues, but still it will not update
When I click on the Support button, it asks me to upgrade to 2012 ... I still have 100 days left on my 2011 subscription, so happens if I upgrade? do I have 100 days of 2012 or do I lose that?
I got a message window saying it found a new error.. I have tried to attach it here in Open Office Write format but it was not accepted ... so basically, in the One Click Support window, I get a message saying"We Have Encountered a new error with Norton Internet Security Error: 8920,208"
