NIS Windows8,scan error 3038,104. Installed latest updates, scan does not start anymore

Automatic scan everyday worked fine.(NIS,latest version, and Windows8)

Today scan not finished with error 3038,104

Installed latest updates (7/03 19h30)

Checked if product was ok.

Problem: Cannot start my scans anymore.(click on scan,but no reaction)

Windows8 has also latest updates
