I have NIS subscription valid for another 265 days. I have updated and when trying to do a Quick Scan it goes to the initializing window and nothing happens. If a remove NIS completely, I do not have any downloads available in my subscription. Can somebody help. Thanks.
And I can't close the Initializing window, unless I go the task manager and shut it down from threre.
