NIS2009 license issue after HD cloning

Hello everyone!

It's been a long time since I dropped by to ask for help and insights in this great community.:womanvery-happy:

About 2 days ago I upgraded one of my pc's HD from a 40Gb to a much needed 400Gb (partitioned into 3 drives), I used an HD cloning software to spare me from backing up all my data and reinstalling all my programs. The clone went smooth and all ran well until my NIS2009 started to warn me that it was out of date and that my license key was invalid because the number of allowed installs had been reached :((((((  I didn't know that an HD change would be detected by NIS as a new install:womansad:. My network has 3 pc's and my license is for 3 pc's. The computer in focus had already been formatted a couple of times since the NIS2008/9 was installed the latest due to a severe virus infection (recycled virus) and the license key worked uneventful. I still have 114 days of subscription before renewing my network license and I don't feel very inclined to deal with it by resorting to a new license or one of those free anti-virus.

Is my only solution to change back to my previous HD and endure with the space shortage until it's time to buy a new license or is there a way Symantec can help me solve this issue?
