Im using Vista and i just bought my new NIS2009 last june. Then last week ive tried to scan my laptop using my NIS2009 but to my surprise the scanned results was 0. all was 0. I leave it for about an hour scanning but still no scanned files result. Ive read that one of the user here has the same problem before. Ive downloaded Sysprot anti rootkit 1.0.1.0 and its has some red results. I dunno whats the next step. Im a noob. Can someone help me? Thanks alot.
