One of the recent LiveUpdates wants to upgrade the engine from 16.5.0.125 to 16.5.0.135, but it fails when rebooting the system. It just shows an error page indicating the update fails and NIS is unusable. It simply guides me to a page from symantec to download the removal tool. I ran the removal tool and re-installed NIS (installs engine 125), but on the next Live Update it tries again the upgrade, but this fails as before.
In logs I found the following:
2009-04-01-10-12-10-843 : 0x0100 : Information : Launching: "C:\Programme\Norton Internet Security\Norton Internet Security\Engine\16.5.0.135\SymIMIns.exe" /install

Now have turned off installing program updates, so I only receive new signatures.
Has anyone had this or a similar problem?
