I have 2 computers with the same hardwares and configurations (Vista sp2).
One has not received the 17.6.0.32 upgrade yet, the other one is current.
Today i have received notification by Win Update of 2 important patches for IE8.
On the one with version 17.5 the installation could be done, while the other one with 17.6.0.32 the installation failed. I have tried several times to try again, to no avail...!
What's happening with the new upgrade?
May i add that i can't use Norton Removal tool for in have Norton Online back-up on my system.
The advice from a technician would be greatly appreciated!
