Trying to trouble shoot a BSOD problem. Performance report shown below: NIS 2010. I do not seem to have navex15 anywhere in my system. Is it indeed a part of NIS2010 and should it be in my windows system folder? Could this be the cause of the BSOD? If so NIS has not casued any trouble for the last 10 months until now.
Symptom:
Device is not present, not working properly, or does not have all of its drivers installed.
Cause: A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from working properly.
Details: The device, NAVEX15, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_NAVEX15\0000.
