NIS2010 Licenses Used on which computers

Hi,

I have a 5 license pack of NIS2010 and the activation screens shows 1 remaining but I only have installed the program on three computers so far.

Is it possible to find out which computers my account thinks has NIS2010 installed?

Hi cheadrick,

 

If you had Norton installed on other computers and then you moved to new computers without uninstalling Norton from the old machines, then this could be a possible explanation for the number of activations your are seeing. However, it is best if you contact Symantec Customer Support - you can chat with them for free at the link below - and explain the situation to them; they should be able to help you:

How  many activations does it say you have left when you log in to your norton account ?

Norton window  --  Norton Account,      and enter account details .

I used your suggestion to contact Symantec via the chat line and my problem has been fully resolved.
