NIS2010 not able to download smartvoip after installing NIS2010

I am using windows vista and installed NIS2010 few days back. It is working fine but my PC to phone dialer "Perfect 2 call" stopped working. It was working fine before installing NIS 2010 I am also not able to install Smart Voip
