ok, My laptop, acer 3820tg When working on battery, my laptop would suffer from severe power loss caused by ,not the so-called background scanning, but a un-known norton scanning process, which can be viewed in the performance panel, where norton accounts for 25% of my cpu resources (i5-460M). I mean, what the [edit] is NIS2011 keeping me in the dark about its behavior. Why must it use up one of my four cpu threads when the laptop is using battery What the [edit] is it doing, I can't even stop it because in the norton task panel, I see no trances of this behavior.
