Logged onto my acct, checked for updates, downloaded and installed NIS2011, the restarted. No sign of NIS remains. Nothing in the menus, nothing in Control Panel remove sw. Tried update again and result was no product installed. Nathan doesn't have a clue. How do I find a person to help? Thanks.
