For my network, I have 5 other computers on WinXP, mine is Win7.
Upon my first access to the network security map, I could only see my computer. Win7's Network had already displayed all connections. I needed many refreshes on the map plus manually connecting to the other computers to get the map to show all connections.
I find NIS2011's network map more difficult to show all connections than NIS2010.
Another thing, when I was beginning the attempt to display all computers on the map, I was coincidentally running on full battery. Just barely 45 minutes later my battery dropped to 33%. A normal usage would last from roughly 1hr 30mins to 2 hours.
If, like, with every NIS2010 version update I had to rebuild the network map, for every NIS2011 version update would I still have to rebuild the map?
