NIS2011 - "Never notify me when:" Is this a normal setting change ?

Never_notify_me_when.jpgAfter installing NIS2011 and making sure the program is up to date by running LiveUpdate ,

the program directed me to change my user account to

"Never notify me when:" Is this normal ? (see ScreenShot)
Just on my Windows 7 (x64) OS computer, not on Windows XP, least for now.
