I have a favorite folder for my unread email in my inbox. The Norton Antispam Outlook plugin works with my inbox folder but is not working with my unread email folder.
I have tried unchecking and checking with Antispam Client integration. Didn't help.
I reset the default data file for my Outlook profile. Didn't help.
I have Outlook 2003. What else can I try?
