I've have NIS2012 running on 3 PCs (2 desktops and 1 laptop). I will be purchasing a new laptop - will uninstalling NIS on a desktop free up a license to install on the new laptop?
To add to Dave's info about Norton Management.
If you install Norton Management from the button on the bottom of the main NIS UI, you can give your computer a meaningful name. That way you can use the My Devices tab in Norton Account, and be sure you are uninstalling the correct computer's installation.
Install this on each of your computers, so they all have meaningful names.
It worked -- Thanks
Re Norton Management -- thanks -- go to know
