I installed the new RTM Norton 2012 Dutch version. It's my first touch on the new Norton 2012 products. I did not test the Norton NIS 2012 in beta.
My first things I noticed:
-While doing a quick virusscan I see Norton eats 16% recourses from system
-Once reputation scan is complete and scroll down in the fileslist, scrolling isn't going smooth either. It's lags while scrolling. And eats recourses again. 10%
-If I wanna view settings, the popup takes at least 4 seconds.
-Changing the view from advanced/standard to advanced/standard couple of times, doesn't go smooth either. Eats 5 to 7 % of recourses from system not smooth at all.
Overall I'm of course happy with it. I really really hope there will be sooner or later 64bits support for IE9 & Office 2010.
