I’ve noticed that since receiving the 19.1.1.3 update that the overall behavior of NIS2012 is that of greater processor time/overhead and “intrusiveness”. Quick Scans for example now proceed (seemingly in uninterruptible manor) with much higher CPU resource usage, regardless of the foreground system usage at the time the scan auto-initiates. I understand as well as anyone might that some quick checking is called for ASAP after a liveupdate delivered pulse update arrives, but this new behavior at least to my mind borders on the ridiculous.
