Hi,
I am having NIS 20.2.1.22 on my win XP-sp3 computer (through series of live updated from NIS2012), recently I am having problem of 1/ repeatedly WARNING of my Norton being turned off ( shown on Norton icon on taskbar), sometimes accompanied with a red x on the icon, sometime no red x
It happened quite a few times per week, suddenly out of no where, I did not even touch Norton at those times . When I opened up
Norton program at those times, there was a big green "secure" square.
2/ Whenever I manually click Liveupdate, I got an update (sometimes big, e few MB), even though the second Liveupdate just 2 seconds after the first one!
