Does NIS2014 work with MS Windows 7 (64-bit) or are there known issues? Do I need a 64-bit version of NIS2014 or is there just one version.
About a year ago I uninstalled NIS2012 using the the Norton Removal Tool and installed NIS2013. This caused no end of problems, including NIS randomly (matter of hours) disappearing from the desktop. I had mutiple Chat sessions with Support but no luck. At the time on this forum there were a number of other users having the same problem. Eventually a Support person suggested re-installing my NIS2012 (I have the CD) and transferring my licence. This worked first time and I've not had a problem since, but my licence is now up for renewal.
Is it OK to install NIS2014 or am I safer to stick with NIS2012 and just ask Support to transfer my licence keys.
